## Description

The Red Bull Graduate Program is an 18-month program that starts in summer 2027. You will work on challenging tasks, participate in team rotations, attend trainings, and complete a graduate challenge project. You will also collaborate with an international community and receive coaching and feedback sessions to support your personal development.

The program offers:

Requirements:

- Completed or nearing completion of a bachelor's or master's degree

- Relevant work experience, ideally in an international context

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude

- Fluency in English; German language skills are beneficial
