## Description

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

The company helps teams bring ideas to life, whether brainstorming, creating prototypes, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI.

The role is to own the AI Platform that powers Figma Make and the agent, including distributed developer systems, agent infrastructure, eval platform, and context platform.

Responsibilities:

- Bridge design and code: Own how designs become production-ready code, and how code changes flow back onto the Figma canvas.

- Raise the bar on the MCP server: Drive the quality and performance of the platform developers rely on.

- Build for continuous quality: Define the evals and infrastructure that measure how well Figma translates between design and code.

- Grow with customers: Expand adoption while developing a deep understanding of enterprise workflows.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in product management, owning products from concept through launch.

- Shipped measurable quality improvements to a product.

- Ability to read and reason about code, and hold your own in technical design discussions.

- Led a cross-functional team through delivery of a major initiative.

- Experience working directly with enterprise customers.

- Background building design tools, developer tools, or AI-powered coding products.
