## Description

As a Loss Prevention Officer at Victoria's Secret, you'll play a key part in protecting people, product, and property.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing store security solutions, internal investigations, and handling theft cases with professionalism and discretion

- Developing and maintaining relationships with local police to implement crime reduction partnerships

- Using security equipment and information to deter, detect, and control potential criminal activity

- Training new and existing staff members in Loss Prevention disciplines

- Keeping store teams and LPO teams connected and informed of security policies and initiatives

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Be able to remain calm and collected under pressure

- Deliver an effective visual deterrent in store, identifying high-risk areas and dealing with safety and security incidents

- Be flexible, supportive, and contribute to a positive working environment

- Have energy and enthusiasm for working in a busy environment, multitasking, problem-solving, and collaborating with others

- Keep the customer in mind with all activity

You may or may not have previous experience within a retail environment, but full training will be provided.
