## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work through the night, Friday 21:00 - 07:00 and Saturday 21:00 - 07:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, and thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, and work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Be digitally confident

- Be a team player

- Be flexible

We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.
