## Description

Join Calvin Klein in Hong Kong as a Sample and Order Execution Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in sample and order execution for the brand, collaborating with different teams and assisting the supervisor in day-to-day operations to achieve KPIs.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Communicate with vendors and business counterparts for sample and bulk order execution

- Execute orders based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives

- Negotiate prices and manage cost expectations

- Conduct cost analysis and problem-solving

- Manage sample and bulk production delivery against plans

- Oversee Work-In-Progress (WIP) management

- Ensure timely progression from development to bulk shipment

- Maintain garment/product integrity and style execution

- Compile various reports

- Assist supervisors in delivering KPIs

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- University degree in Textile and Clothing or related field with 5 years of experience; or post-secondary degree with 8 years of experience in apparel and materials

- Experience working in an apparel buying or trading office

**Skills:**

- Strong knowledge of supply chain from concept to consumer

- Solid product knowledge in women’s soft woven, with men’s woven experience preferred

- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills

- Negotiation skills

- Adaptability and agility

- Proficient in English and local language (verbal and written)

- Strong data management and computer skills

- Knowledge in product development
