## Description

We are seeking a Senior Scientist to join our AI & Big Data Center team in Malaysia (remote) or Nanjing, China (onsite).

As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for bioinformatics projects, developing web-based or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering, and antibody engineering. You will also develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers and perform data mining and analysis on synthesis-related data.

To qualify, you will have a PhD degree in bioinformatics or deep learning with at least three years of experience in algorithm/model development. You should be knowledgeable in molecular biology or protein and proficient in Python/Java/C++, PyTorch/TensorFlow. Experience in natural language processing, large language models, pre-trained language models, and generative AI is preferred.
