## Description

We are seeking Customer Service Apprentices to join our Access Islington team, providing front-facing customer service to residents. As an apprentice, you will work in our hubs and call centre while studying for a Level 2 Qualification in Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and in person

- Assist with data collection

- Record resident applications, actions, and decisions on our IT systems (training provided)

- Use various software, including Word, Excel, and internal systems (training provided)

Training and Development:

- Complete a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship qualification

- Study Maths and English if not already achieved at GCSE or Level 2 equivalent

- Participate in the Council's apprenticeship network and development activities

- Have access to a buddy/mentor
