## Description

We are seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support our onshore wind and solar operations in the Netherlands. As a trusted advisor and safety coach, you will work closely with our teams to ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of care.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and monitor health and safety improvements reported by onshore and solar teams and contractors

- Review work permits and associated risk analyses and job descriptions

- Conduct inspections and audits

- Evaluate contractors' health and safety plans, performance, and compliance

- Investigate incidents, implement lessons learned, and monitor improvement actions

- Coach colleagues within Vattenfall's behavior-based safety program, Culture of Care

- Collaborate with onshore teams, site managers, and O&M management

- Work with European health and safety colleagues to standardize procedures across our offshore and onshore portfolio

Requirements:

- MVK (Middle-level Safety Professional) certification

- Experience with contractor management, audits, and incident investigation

- At least 3 years of experience in health and safety

- Proficiency in Dutch and English

- Open, collaborative, meticulous, and solution-focused attitude

We offer:

- Salary range: €4800-€6000 gross per month (exclusive of holiday pay)

- 8% holiday pay, 4.5% end-of-year bonus, and up to 3.5% profit-sharing
