## Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at the Mercure Paris Boulogne hotel, located in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

The hotel features 191 rooms and 73 apartments, and is situated near several sports venues, including the Stade Pierre de Coubertin and the Parc des Princes.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the cash register and handling customer transactions

- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process

- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner

- Maintaining accurate records and reports

- Working effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

To succeed in this role, you should be:

- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using technology, including Windows and Opera Cloud

- Flexible and able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
