## Description

We are seeking a Compliance Assurance Review Lead to provide assurance over the effectiveness of Compliance Risk Management across the bank.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing and refreshing the Compliance Assurance Annual Plan, focusing on high-risk areas

- Delivering risk-based assurance activities to validate control effectiveness

- Identifying potential risks associated with non-compliance or control weaknesses

- Communicating Compliance Assurance reports and issues to stakeholders

- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the three lines of defence

- Proactively adopting Data Analytics capabilities to enhance assurance work

As a Vice President, you will be expected to:

- Contribute to strategy development and drive change

- Plan resources, budgets, and policies

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls

- Collaborate with other areas of work to achieve business objectives

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought
