## Description

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Engineer - Pavement to join the UK GCC CIVIL Team. The Civil team is working alongside our UK discipline. You will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of projects, including ensuring design adequacy, compliance with standards and legislation, resource time, cost, and quality.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage and deliver road pavement design projects

- Lead teams and manage people

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Qualifications**

- 7 years of professional experience in Pavement design and evaluation techniques

- At least 3 years of experience in Pavement design using AASHTO/DMRB methods

- Knowledge of heavy-duty pavements, concrete pavement, and flexible pavement design

- Experience in leading teams and people management

- Chartered member or close to achieving Chartership Status with the UK Engineering Council
