## Description

RBC Dominion Securities has an exciting opportunity on a top-performing Advisory team in our main downtown Vancouver branch for an experienced, self-motivated and collaborative Senior Associate.

You will be the primary contact for a small number of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. You will collaborate closely with team members and external advisors on a daily basis. Depending on your expertise and interest, you may be asked to lead other components of the practice.

The team is one of RBC's top-performing teams with 7 professionals advising a select group of Vancouver's leading business families. Quarterly one-on-one coaching with team leaders, plus quarterly team building events, including an annual off-site retreat.

To succeed, you need a positive can-do attitude, understanding of the ultra-high net worth market, and ability to work independently and as part of a team that operates onsite 5 days a week. You should have 5 years of experience working in the Wealth Management industry.

In this role, you will engage deeply with fewer families, often in unique ways, and learn about complex multidisciplinary planning from one of the top teams in the industry. Leaders want to see you engaged and successful. You will receive a generous monthly compensation package in addition to your base salary, which recognizes you as an industry leader. A comprehensive Total Rewards Program includes bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.

The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary or more.
