### Job Overview

At Wolt, a technology company creating solutions for neighbourhoods worldwide, we're seeking a Senior Enterprise Ads - Retail Media specialist. This high-impact, individual contributor role involves working with brand partners to provide value to customers through their favourite brands. You'll contribute to building profitable business models across Wolt's sales channels, requiring cross-functional collaboration.

### Responsibilities

- Commercialize new features of the Ad + Promo Sales product, developed daily, with CPG partners.

- Create win-win-win models with CPG partners, Wolt, and end-customers through joint business strategy and planning.

- Execute operational plans with local and global ads operations teams, ensuring details are implemented correctly.

- Leverage market knowledge and data analytics to create actionable dashboards, KPIs, and insights for business partners using industry-leading first-party data stored on Snowflake databases accessed via Looker.

### Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales roles with proven ability to create incremental value for partners.

- Strong understanding of digital platforms, advertising, e-commerce, or marketplace environments; familiarity with CPG is a plus.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations for C-level executives.

- Advanced analytical skills to leverage data for trend analysis, insights, and strategic decision-making.

- Ownership and entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resourcefulness, and proactivity in driving growth.

- Fluent in Hebrew and English.

- Eligible to work in Israel and willing to travel when necessary.
