## Job Overview

The Ad Technical Solutions team at xAI is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to join their team in Dublin. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in unblocking revenue, improving processes, and enabling sales teams and advertisers to drive sustainable growth.

## Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality technical support to advertisers and internal sales stakeholders via internal systems

- Troubleshoot complex ad setup, tracking, and performance issues across X Ads products

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues and drive initiatives

- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions, new tooling, and process improvements

- Create clear documentation, FAQs, and support content to scale the team's impact

- Monitor support metrics, campaign performance data, and trends to improve quality and efficiency

- Manage multiple initiatives and projects effectively, delivering measurable results against deadlines

- Relay technical campaign insights and performance data to Sales partners in a clear manner

## Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 4+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, ad operations, or a similar client-facing technical role

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Terminal, and BigQuery

- Experience with online advertising tracking tools and website pixel/conversion tracking

- Previous experience in the advertising technology or social media ecosystem

- Experience working with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams on digital advertising products

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work 5 days per week from the Dublin office
