## Description

The Sales Development Representative will work closely with all facets of our business including our Sales Team, Marketing Team, and our Channel Team. We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to be part of our growing business.

In this role, you will schedule highly qualified meetings for your field sales team members using a defined sales methodology and utilizing sales strategies within your territory. You will also partner with field sales to build and execute an outbound prospecting strategy that actively develops your territory.

You will manage Marketing lead generation and follow up activity on inbound leads for your territory. You will leverage world-class tools such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, Claude AI, and Notion, to drive the biggest impact across your territory.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners, to build a strong and qualified pipeline for your territory. Through trainings and enablement, you will build a strong understanding of cold-calling prospection, become a Tanium expert, learn about the competitive landscape and current trends in the marketplace.

You will work with your leadership team to build strong communications skills and learn how to deliver effective reporting back to the business. You will meet or exceed minimum weekly activity metrics: calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.

You will work closely with your team and business partners in a highly collaborative environment. Travel requirements are approximately 5% of the time.
