## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Carolinas Rehabilitation: Mount Holly - Therapy: Adult Inpatient Services.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide direct therapy services to patients admitted to a level of care where service provision is required 7 days a week, including holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

- Evaluating patients and selecting assessment techniques to establish a patient care plan

- Gathering and interpreting data from medical records, physician reports, and patients/families

- Documenting evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes

- Communicating with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff

- Providing supervision of PTAs and Rehab Tech/Aides as required

Physical requirements include:

- Hearing and vision adequate for communication and reading

- Intelligible speech and adequate language/cognitive skills

- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, kneel, twist, bend, crouch, crawl, and reach overhead

- Lifting patients, equipment, or supplies up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy

- BLS certification
