## Description

We're seeking a Channel Field Sales Representative IV to join our Bayer Crop Science team in Southern Michigan. You'll play a vital role in achieving sales targets, developing dealer business plans, and serving as a trusted advisor to retailers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Achieve assigned targets with Bayer products, collaborating with squad-mates and other stakeholders

- Develop and implement dealer business plans, managing forecasting, inventory, and product line demand

- Serve as a trusted advisor to retailers, effectively selling the value of Bayer Crop Science products

- Demonstrate product performance and technical knowledge, championing Bayer brands

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales Reps, Sales Agronomists, and Digital Enablement Leads

- Manage expenses, discretionary dollars, and program payments to drive growth

- Continuously expand selling skills and product/portfolio knowledge

- Mentor and coach earlier-in-career Field Sales Representatives

- Manage area claims, adhering to Bayer Crop Science policies and processes

- Travel approximately 60% of the time, with significant face-to-face customer interaction

**Requirements:**

- Demonstrated product, portfolio, and agronomic knowledge

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business skills

- Initiative, assertiveness, and ability to drive results

- Strong user-level computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Digital acumen and data analysis skills

- Willingness to travel and work in a rural environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales, marketing, or account management experience

**Compensation:**

- Salary range: $109,120.00 - $163,680.00

- Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission
