## Description

Spire Elland Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Adult Nurse to join the preassessment department on a part-time, fixed-term contracted basis.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments both face-to-face and over the phone, liaise with various services such as Anaesthetics and consultants, and have a strong understanding of, and the ability to follow, policies and criteria for surgical suitability.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Adult Nurse with an NMC pin, have previous/current experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in Preoperative Assessment (POA), and be compassionate with excellent patient care skills.
