Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

As an Events Manager on Figma's experiential Marketing team, you'll help shape the next chapter of Config, Figma's flagship user conference.

Responsibilities:

- Own the experiential strategy and end-to-end delivery of key areas of Config

- Establish scalable operating models, frameworks, and production standards

- Bring a strong experiential point of view to evolve the attendee experience

- Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams

- Partner closely with Figma's Brand Studio

- Oversee program budgets and timelines

- Evolve the Config experience

- Define success metrics and use audience and business insights to evaluate impact

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or related disciplines

- Proven experience owning experiential strategy and production for large-scale user conferences or flagship events

- Strong operations and program management skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across functions

- Operates effectively and efficiently amid shifting priorities and rapid change
