### Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager, Data Center Operations Accounting to join our team at CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI. This role involves managing operational accounting, control, reporting, and compliance for our critical AI infrastructure.

### Responsibilities

- Manage internally labor capitalization processes supporting both internal software development and fit out of data centers.

- Prepare reporting and analysis on capital expenditures to inform senior leaders and drive operational decisions.

- Manage power accrual and data reporting processes.

- Enhance processes for scalability and greater automation.

- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging issues.

### Requirements

- 6+ years' accounting and financial reporting experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent).

- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA/CMA/CA).

- Experience with large data sets and ability to simplify information.

- NetSuite experience preferred.

- Process- and data-driven with strong analytical judgment.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
