## Description

At FUCHS, you're not just taking a job,you're launching a career. As a Chemical Operator, you'll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

- Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials.

- Blend raw materials into high-quality products based on precise customer specifications.

- Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistency and quality.

- Operate mixers, pumps, and mills through analog and HMI controls.

- Input material movements into SAP software using an RF Scanner to manage inventory and production data.

- Load and unload bulk tanker trucks and operate a spotter truck.

- Unload railcar raw materials.

- Label and fill packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards.

- Accurately measure and weigh chemicals into designated containers, following detailed instructions.

- Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.

- Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.

- Support other duties and special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical experience a plus).

- 3+ years in manufacturing preferred.

- Experience with compounding, blending, or mixing required.

- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures.

- Basic computer skills (SAP, MS Office).

- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.

- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from hot to cold.
