## Description

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our EA Create team in Shanghai. As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in engaging with one of our key franchise partners and ensuring the quality of content and partnership.

You will work closely with the team to brainstorm and pitch directions, prove concepts, and execute deliveries. You will be responsible for communicating with external franchise leadership and Art Directors to ensure alignment with the right direction and keep traction of changes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in game art and game development, having shipped multiple game titles as an Art Director. You should have a strong understanding of art direction, map creation, and storytelling capabilities under a consistent visual language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with key franchise partners and ensure content quality

- Brainstorm and pitch directions, prove concepts, and execute deliveries

- Communicate with external franchise leadership and Art Directors

- Report to Create Head of Creative

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in the game industry and 5+ years in senior roles (AD or Lead)

- Solid experience in game art and game development

- Experience in map creation and storytelling under a consistent visual language

- Fluent English skills

- Team leadership experience
