## Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at CVS Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within our store. You will be the first point of contact to assist our patients and customers, and play a critical role in ensuring that pharmacy operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient experiences

- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment

- Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care

- Complete basic inventory activities, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts

- Support immunizations, including preparing and administering vaccines

- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all patients and colleagues

Requirements:

- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy

- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe

- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends

- Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs

- Excellent customer service and team orientation skills

- Strong communication and mathematical reasoning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations
