## About the Role

Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager based in Munich, Germany, focusing on the DACH region. You will be a strategic partner to complex customers across EMEA, helping them harness the full potential of Anthropic's Claude capabilities, including API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.

Your responsibilities will include developing genuine partnerships with customers, understanding their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You will serve as a strategic advisor, helping customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, providing best practices, and supporting their growth and evolution.

Key tasks involve:

- Building trusting relationships with key customer decision-makers

- Becoming an expert in Anthropic's products

- Driving usage planning and optimization

- Identifying new use cases and applications for Claude

- Developing and executing change management strategies

- Managing comprehensive account and success plans

## Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles

- Experience with both consumption-based and seat-based business models

- Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns

- Strategic mindset with strong project management skills

- Passion for AI and responsible development

- Experience working in growing regions and navigating across time zones
