## Description

In this position, you will lead transformation on the forefront as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Acting as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance Leading and directing a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets Prioritizing critical tasks and effectively allocating human resources to maximize efficiency Applying for a 'Bias for Action,' promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems Embracing a servant leadership style, focusing on building high-performing, winning teams and investing in their growth Utilizing data and insights to strike down downtime and quality defects, driving quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality Maintaining a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety Championing accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards Actively listening to and valuing the perspectives of all team members and other department stakeholders Collaborating with team members, the union, and management to continuously improve everything

You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience. You will also have a fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls. Even better, you may have experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
