## Description

Join the TransPerfect Health family as a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) serving residents at Lenbrook, a premier continuing care retirement community in Atlanta, Georgia.

As a COTA, you will play a key role in helping residents achieve their rehabilitation goals while working with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Responsible for treating residents with noted disorders or deficits within Occupational Therapy scope of practice

- Optimize the functionality and skills of patients

- Complete all necessary documentation via Net Health

- Collaborate with supervising OT to develop programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling COTA/OT co-signature and supervision requirements

- Attend all required meetings, including care planning, staff meetings, and family meetings

- Assist the facility in meeting standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right Guidelines

- Follow facility infection control policies and procedures

- Complete other tasks deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

**Qualifications**

- Current or eligible COTA license in the state of practice
