## Description

We are seeking an Early Professional to join our Digital Solutions team in Noida, India. You will collaborate with a UK-based team of digital specialists to design, develop, and deliver scalable Power BI reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a UK-based team of digital specialists to design, develop, and deliver scalable Power BI reporting solutions.

- Support the enhancement, optimization, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports with a focus on data quality and user experience.

- Integrate and transform data from SharePoint, SQL databases, APIs, and other business systems.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of reporting and digital solutions within cross-functional teams.

- Implement and monitor automated data refresh processes and reporting solutions.

- Apply governance, security, workspace administration, and deployment best practices.

- Create and maintain technical and user documentation.

Qualifications:

- Possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, advanced DAX development.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in creating interactive, insightful, and business-focused visualizations using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder and Power BI Service.

- Maintain a solid understanding of data modeling principles, including relationship management, calculated columns, measures, hierarchies, and star schema design to support scalable analytical solutions.

- Apply foundational SQL knowledge, including query writing, joins, and basic optimization techniques, while integrating data from multiple enterprise sources such as SharePoint Online, SQL databases, APIs, and other business systems.

- Good to have, basic knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Utilize Power Query (M Language) to perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and shaping activities to support robust reporting solutions.

- Demonstrate working knowledge of JSON, OData queries, and RESTful API integrations for dynamic data retrieval and seamless connectivity with external systems.

- Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric dashboards that adhere to UI/UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and enterprise branding standards.

- Develop highly interactive reporting solutions leveraging advanced Power BI capabilities, including custom visuals, drill-through analysis, bookmarks, slicers, tooltips, and reusable report components.

- Possess a strong understanding of enterprise reporting administration, including data refresh processes, gateway configuration, Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace management, and governance practices.

- Demonstrate an interest in, or practical experience with, AI-powered analytics within Power BI, including AI visuals, Copilot capabilities, and emerging technologies that enhance business intelligence and decision-making.

- Good Team player with collaboration and always keen to learn for new tech skills, as per the business demand.
