As a Retail Team Member, you'll create a welcoming, safe, and well-presented store. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, but you might help customers find what they need, restock shelves, receive deliveries, maintain displays, and ensure the store looks its best.

Your responsibilities include:

- Serving customers with a smile and helping them find what they need

- Preparing fresh food and coffee and keeping things moving at the checkout

- Restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and maintaining displays

- Creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the entire site

- Following safety procedures, handling transactions accurately, and taking ownership of day-to-day store operations
