## Description

We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our Corporate/M&A practice in CMS Warsaw as a Senior Associate.

Your responsibilities:

- Independently manage local and international Corporate/M&A projects

- Provide comprehensive client service, including strategic advice and ongoing legal support

- Prepare and manage transaction and corporate documentation

- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate project teams

- Supervise and support the development of junior lawyers

- Manage project timelines and workstreams

- Participate in business development activities, publications, and industry events

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

What we are looking for:

- Qualified Attorney-at-Law (radca prawny) or Advocate (adwokat)

- Several years of experience leading Corporate/M&A projects in a law firm environment

- Experience in independently advising clients and conducting negotiations

- Strong knowledge of company law and transactional practice

- Fluent English language skills

- Strong project management and team coordination skills

- High level of independence, accountability, and ownership

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
