## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trade Marketing Intern to join our team in Milan. As a Trade Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, analyzing market data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze market, consumer, shopper, and sales data to identify business opportunities and market trends

- Support the creation of regular reports and insights to inform decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations

- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store activities and promotional initiatives

- Contribute to the development of point-of-sale materials and activation tools

- Support category analysis and recommendations to improve visibility and performance at the point of sale

- Prepare presentations and materials for internal and customer-facing discussions

- Build strong relationships across functions while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and Trade Marketing environment

**Requirements:**

- Currently completing or having completed a Master's Degree

- Strong interest in Trade Marketing, Retail, and FMCG environments

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Fluent in English

- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
