## Description

As a Senior Manager, Medicare Sales at Humana, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, educating, motivating, and training a team of sales individuals in the Nashville, TN area. You will cultivate relationships with customers, develop marketing budgets, and look for branding opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Medicare market, experience in resolving operational problems, and providing creative solutions to increase sales while following CMS guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Coach, mentor, educate, motivate, and train a team of sales individuals

- Develop marketing budgets and look for branding opportunities

- Cultivate, maintain, and build relationships with customers, internal and external business partners, and the community

- Resolve operational problems and provide creative solutions to increase sales

Requirements:

- Active Health Insurance License

- 2+ years of Medicare sales or related sales experience

- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions

- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

- Strong aptitude for technology with proficiency in MS Office products, CRM platforms, and iPhone app capabilities

- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
