## Description

Redstone Residential is looking for a Community Assistant that is creative, adaptive, outgoing, and hardworking. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to our residents' experience.

The Community Assistant will be part of a team that cooperates and collaborates to build a sense of community. Responsibilities include:

- Helping residents with daily needs

- Assisting other team members with projects and tasks

- Hosting and planning events for the community

- Performing on-call responsibilities such as lock-outs and nightly rounds

- Maintaining communication with residents and team members

- Adhering to company policies and procedures

- Handling administrative front desk tasks and duties

- Giving property tours to prospective residents

- Attending meetings and required events

- Empowering other team members and residents by being a positive role model and leader

- Planning and executing monthly activities for assigned floors

- Assisting with on-campus housing fairs and other marketing events

- Participating in required training

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Basic computer and Google Apps knowledge

- The ability to embody Redstone's culture and core values
