## Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Istanbul. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will drive visibility, day-to-day excellence, and performance of Red Bull's owned digital channels, creating engaging and seamless consumer experiences across RedBull.com and Red Bull TV.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of RedBull.com and Red Bull TV

- Plan, execute, activate, track, and report on owned communications plans in close collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Analyze website health and performance, identifying optimization opportunities across site speed, user experience, engagement, and retention

- Manage the development, optimization, and activation of digital web/app projects, including event pages, web games, and special landing pages

- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of live broadcasts on Red Bull TV

- Monitor and help improve the quality of owned-channel experiences by identifying and reporting issues such as 404 pages, broken links, and other platform errors

**Requirements:**

- Strong understanding of where consumers spend time digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage them through content tailored to their consumption behaviors

- Experience in content commissioning, content management, and CMS operations, and content distribution

- Understanding of SEO and emerging GEO / AI search optimization practices is a strong plus

- Experience or knowledge of UX, digital product development, and web technologies is a plus

- Passion for the Red Bull brand, its content, and values, with an understanding of how media and digital experiences can drive brand love
