Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment, adapting to changing situations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales

- Be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

The shift pattern for this role is:

- Wednesday 14:30-22:30

- Thursday 12:00-20:00

- Friday 10:00-18:00

- Saturday 08:00-16:00

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
