Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

We're seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver five-star service at pace and thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support your team in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Schedule:**

- Sunday: 05:00 AM - 09:00 AM

- Wednesday: 04:00 AM - 08:00 AM

- Friday: 04:00 AM - 08:00 AM

**Additional Information:**

- You must be 18 years of age or older for this role

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
