We are seeking innovative individuals who can help take us on our journey to the next level as a Sales Development Representative. Based in our dynamic office in Hamburg, you will join our growing team of Sales Representatives that are playing a crucial role in Flexport European growth plans.

You will:

- Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe

- Work with Account Executives all over Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities

- Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, and other social mediums

This role will give you the opportunity to learn how global trade works from the ground up and build the foundation for your career in tech sales. You'll be joining a sales team with a lot of emphasis on career development, combining great culture, a place to succeed and focus on career development make this a fun & dynamic place to work.

You should have:

- A bachelor's degree or higher

- Some sales or commercial experience

- Fluent German and English language knowledge, both spoken and written

- High energy and enthusiasm for learning and developing sales skills

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize and present solutions to suit customer needs
