As the Digital Lead - PH US (Medical & Market Access), the incumbent fully understands the key processes (especially focusing on medical and market access functions) in the US and orchestrates digital activities to enable efficiency, effectiveness and innovation.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities:**

- Lead digital innovation and development of technology-based tools;

- Support enablement and identify new solutions and technologies to foster a sustainable technology base that supports compliant and effective operations in the area;

- Liaison with the Market Access and Medical US teams to identify value potential through new digital business models;

- Bring business and digital insights to full potential by bridging between US needs and company's IT strategy;

- Steer and lead the functional part of the US IT product portfolio including cost and implementation roadmap of technology development;

- If needed, coach the product owners/managers in the associated IT Platforms in gathering and compiling business requirements;

**Who You Are:** Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, information science or equivalent;

- Several years of professional experience within US Pharma industry in Market Access and/or Medical functions;

- Know-how of IT systems that are relevant to the function;

- Experience in digital and IT transformation projects;

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management;

- Strong communication skills, analytical, structural and strategic skills;

- Proven track record of working with external vendors;

- Financial acumen to manage large budgets and create value to the company;

**Benefits:**

- Salary between $151,120.00 - $226,680.00;
