## Description

As a Red Bull Sales Striker, you will drive sales and support local store owners in growing their businesses. You will be responsible for:

- Covering a defined database and completing all calls allocated to your individual territory

- Ensuring effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner

- Building great relationships with customers by providing first-class customer service

- Influencing orders to ensure Red Bull products are in stock and on display at all times

- Maintaining stock levels necessary to ensure continuous availability of Red Bull products

- Implementing Perfect Store standards

- Securing and improving the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand

- Placing POS materials correctly and ensuring they are up to date

- Ensuring promotional compliance and implementing head office agreements

- Completing all necessary admin tasks monthly on time and accurately

The ideal candidate will have:

- A university degree

- A valid driver's license

- Proven track record in sales

- Previous experience in FMCG, preferably within branded goods or retail

- Strong ability to build, manage, and cultivate effective business relationships

- Strong selling skills, including communication, negotiation, and objection-handling

- Clear understanding of the Off-Premise channel

- Strong commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial mathematics

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Experience with mobile Field Force Automation tools is preferred
