## Description

We are seeking a 6-month internship for a Commercial Attaché at Ibis Styles Paris Bercy, a stylish hotel located in a vibrant area of Paris.

As a Commercial Attaché intern, you will contribute to the commercial development of our establishment, participating in the marketing of our offers, including accommodation, meeting room rentals, bar, afterworks, and banqueting events, while helping to develop and retain our customer base.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling requests: qualifying incoming requests, preparing commercial proposals, and establishing quotes.

- Client follow-up: performing follow-ups, managing booking options, and ensuring liaison with hotel operational services.

- Client reception: physically welcoming clients, particularly event organisers, groups, and seminar attendees, providing hotel tours, and ensuring their events run smoothly.

- Administrative management: updating tracking tools and CRM databases (Back You and Opéra software).

Requirements:

- Education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 in commerce, hospitality, or tourism.

- Skills: good level of English (written and spoken), proficiency in Microsoft Office, service-oriented and organised.

- Interpersonal skills: excellent presentation, acute sense of welcome, empathy, and reactivity to direct client requests.

- Experience: prior experience in customer relations or hospitality is beneficial.
