## Description

As a Jr Guest Service Officer - MMC at Princess Cruises, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing written company communications for the Guest Services and Hotel Administration Department.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and distributing company communications

- Ensuring general office duties are completed accurately

- Collecting and coordinating packages to be sent

- Ordering and reconciling stationery supplies

- Collating CRUISE and monthly Revenue Task Force materials

- Assisting the Hotel General Manager in scheduling and organizing meetings

- Preparing and distributing welcome and farewell letters

- Administering the tuxedo rental program

- Applying customer service standards

- Supporting the onboard CRUISE program

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role, with cruise ship or hotel experience being a strong asset

- Proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus

- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and property management systems

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
