## Description

We're on a mission to make money work for everyone.

As a Senior iOS Engineer at Monzo, you'll play a key role in evolving our native mobile app, building polished user experiences, and balancing the need for well-tested resilient code with moving fast and iterating.

You'll work in a small, autonomous product squad alongside Android Engineers, Backend Engineers, User Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, QA Testers, and Data Scientists.

Our iOS app is 100% Swift, with features built in SwiftUI and using elements of The Composable Architecture.

We're looking for someone who cares about the impact of their work on customers, optimizes for outcomes, and has experience programming in Swift.

In return, we offer a base salary depending on experience, Incentive Awards tied to performance, and benefits, including a learning budget of €1,200 a year.

## Responsibilities

- Build polished user experiences, balancing well-tested resilient code with moving fast and iterating

- Work in a small, autonomous product squad with cross-functional teams

- Contribute to open-source software and participate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions

## Requirements

- Experience programming in Swift

- Shipped and iterated on at least one app in the App Store

- Product mindset, caring about customer outcomes and data-informed decisions

- Comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity

- Understanding of computer science principles
