## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Senior Counsel to join our Premium Products & Experiences (PPX) team, focusing on the growing Capital One Travel line of business. As a key player, you will advise on the team's mission to develop an industry-leading travel service offering, with top-notch benefits and features that deliver differentiated value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess legal risks associated with the travel industry and Capital One's offering of travel services

- Translate and apply laws and legal requirements for business teams and legal subject matter experts

- Provide legal support as part of a collaborative and cross-functional team

- Work with stakeholders to address risks, develop creative solutions, and resolve issues

Basic Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

- Active member in good standing of at least one state bar

- At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, government agency, or as in-house counsel

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, government agency, or as in-house counsel, ideally involving the travel or fintech industries

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others

This role is hybrid, with associates spending 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $182,500 - $229,100, depending on location.
