## Description

As a Logistics Manager at CoolblueBezorgt, you will lead a motivated team of delivery drivers to ensure customers are satisfied with their orders.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing the daily operations of the delivery team

- Coaching and motivating team members and other team leaders

- Achieving team goals and KPIs, including NPS

- Collaborating with other team leaders and the warehouse manager to improve processes

- Implementing projects and improving logistics processes

- Taking charge of the warehouse during the absence of the warehouse manager
