## Description

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in helping our stakeholders get the most out of their data. You will develop robust data pipelines and in-depth analyses, working closely with our consultants, to model and provide optimized datasets that generate high-value insights.

Your mission will be to transform raw data into usable, easily exploitable, and understandable datasets for our consultants and stakeholders. You will consolidate various sources to extract relevant insights.

You will collaborate closely with our consultants and engineering team to identify business needs, define KPIs, and design transformation pipelines adapted to those needs.

You will maintain clear documentation and detailed metadata to ensure accessibility, understanding, and adoption of the produced data.

You will ensure data quality by applying best practices in software engineering: version control, quality assurance, monitoring, and continuous integration.

You will promote the upskilling of data analysts within the organization through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Required skills include a good mastery of LookML, SQL, Python, BigQuery, Git, DBT, Looker Studio, Looker, Snowflake, and Fivetran. At least two years of CDI experience are required, as well as an ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred skills include experience in marketing digital and a good level of French and English.
