## Description

We are seeking a Hybrid Driver to join our team in Seremban. As a Hybrid Driver, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering goods to customers, delivery agents, and stations in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers, delivery agents, and stations safely and on time.

- Verify customer details with actual addresses using the application before and during delivery to ensure addresses are within coverage areas.

- Check the following conditions before departing for delivery:

- a. No package discrepancies or conflicts.

- b. All packaging is in acceptable condition.

- c. AWB is present on all packages.

- d. The number of items in the application matches the physical number of packages.

- e. Packages are under the driver's coverage area and follow designated routes.

- Inform and hand over any discrepant packages to station staff.

- Collect cash on delivery (COD) from customers and ensure the collected amount matches the application's records.

- Hand over collected COD to the Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily.

- Contact customers before failing delivery if they do not respond.

- Be courteous to customers.

- Adhere to designated routes and schedules.

- Comply with Proof of Delivery (POD) requirements.

- Follow all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.

- Adhere to Ninja Van's Code of Conduct, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.

- Perform any other tasks directed by superiors.

Requirements:

- Malaysian citizen.

- Aged 18 and above.

- SPM qualification and above.

- No prior experience required.

- Own vehicle (motorcycle/car).

- Valid driver's/ rider's license and GDL (if driving company vehicles).

- Clean driving record.

- No criminal record.

- Good attitude and customer-oriented.

- Android phone.

- Responsible and punctual.

- Able to work flexible schedules.

- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (or until delivery completion)
