## Description

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will manage all renewal aspects of the relationship with a defined set of customers. Your goal is to retain existing contract revenue and support new sales into these accounts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute a renewal plan for assigned strategic accounts

- Provide monthly reports to managers highlighting high-risk renewal accounts and strategies to turnaround

- Ensure customer training and product utilization by working with the Product Training Specialist team

- Oversee the overall renewal lifecycle, including pricing, contracting, invoicing, and client support

- Support new sales into existing accounts to ensure maximum customer ROI

**Customer Knowledge:**

- Develop a deep understanding of your customers, including their business groups, industry, and needs

- Understand how your clients derive value from Dow Jones services and products

- Serve as a client conduit internally for feedback and competitive intelligence

**Lead Generation:**

- Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts and work with the sales team to follow through

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 2-4 years of proven success in customer engagement or sales

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive

- Bachelor's degree

- Proficiency in English, French, and German
