JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Stateroom Steward with Princess Cruises, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional stateroom service, cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation, and product standards that align with the Rooms Division's brand standards, HESS protocols, and KPI goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consistently deliver guest stateroom service, cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation, and product standards that align with the Rooms Division's brand standards, HESS protocols, and KPI goals.

- Address any shortfalls in product delivery that may negatively impact the guest experience and provide timely, effective, and personalized resolutions to guest requests and concerns.

- Support the development, implementation, and execution of initiatives in alignment with the Rooms Division leadership team.

- Anticipate and take ownership of guest needs and requests, and follow up on maintenance issues for timely resolution.

- Be knowledgeable about ship products, services, itinerary, and port information, and use consumable items, stateroom supplies, linen, and cleaning chemicals responsibly.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping as a stateroom/cabin steward in a comparable establishment.

- A comprehensive knowledge of Public Health and environmental regulations pertaining to stateroom service.

- Proficiency in English, including both written and verbal communication.

- The role of Stateroom Steward requires a deep understanding of guest service, a high level of motivation to excel in all job duties, and a natural ability to surprise and delight guests while maintaining courteous and professional relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
