## Description

As part of Ford Motor Company's Manufacturing team, you'll help build state-of-the-art smart vehicles. In this Senior Production Supervisor - MP&L role, you'll lead transformation, shape culture, drive performance, and impact quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

As a Senior Production Supervisor, you're the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can excel.

- Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering vigilance.

- Lead and direct a team to produce high-quality products, meeting or exceeding production targets.

- Prioritize critical tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and address safety and quality issues promptly.

- Embrace a servant leadership style, focusing on building high-performing teams and investing in their growth.

- Utilize data to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.

- Maintain a focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation.

- Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively.

- Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness.

- Actively listen to and value team members' perspectives.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.

- Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
