## Description

We're looking for a .NET Developer who can build systems that scale, perform, and survive real-world traffic. You'll work on backend services powering high-traffic gaming platforms, collaborate with product, QA, and external partners, and take ownership from idea to production.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and evolving backend services

- Creating clean, scalable APIs and system components

- Writing code that performs under pressure

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Reviewing code and improving standards

- Debugging complex issues

Requirements include:

- Solid experience building web-based backend systems using .NET / .NET Core

- Proven command of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API

- Understanding of system behavior in production

- Ability to communicate ideas clearly

Work mode is hybrid, with 3 days per week spent at the Unity Office in Krakow.
