## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide treatment to patients. You will assist with exercises, modalities, and other treatments as directed by the physical therapist.

Responsibilities:

- Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans

- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical function and movement patterns

- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and function

- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home programs

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Washington

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a physical therapy setting

- Certification in CPR and first aid

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
